With its 5th grinding machine, CALIDER INDUSTRIE creates event!

Forecasting in grinding capacity at CALIDER INDUSTRIE has reached a new milestone. The integration of the 5th machine allows the grinding of specific products under ATEX atmosphere.

We provide our customers with grinding services for grades such as TITANIUM in all its forms and up to a dimension of:

– 14 000mm in length,

– 2 200mm wide,

– 1000mm thick for a maximum weight of 32 Tons.

As part of the improvement in processing cost savings, we have developed techniques to offer our customers the ability to replace round bar peel by grinding.

The gains on transformation costs are significant while ensuring a surface condition Ra <6.3.
