Sawing of complex parts on plans with tool manufacturing. Deburring after stamping of your parts on a vertical saw.

•  We cut complex shapes manually and semi-automatically.
•  We extract bars for test pieces.
•  We cut up to 1500mm (from 5mm to 1500mm squared)

Specialist in sawing all types of grades :

We cut all types of grades: steel, stainless steel, Inconel, titanium, aluminum, superalloys, magnesium, etc.

•  Ability to saw very complex and difficult to cut grades
•  Real know-how with a large fleet adapted to complex grades
•  We meet tight tolerance requirements

We are equipped with horizontal and vertical band saws and more than 20 machines are operational on our Guerigny (58) site. The maximum weight that can be cut is 50 T for a part.

We offer cutting capacities but also surface condition with a choice of bi-metal or carbide bands for specific requirements. We maintain a large stock of consumables to provide a rapid response to all types of sawing.
