Machining of rolling mill cylinders :

In the hot rolling activity, the cylinders are constantly subject to wear and must therefore be replaced and machined periodically. We restore the grooves to their original condition.

Machining of hot rolling mill cylinders mainly aims to guarantee an optimal service life, while ensuring controlled and profitable removal rates.

MAKING OF SPLINED CYLINDERS:

Fluted rolling mill cylinders (small blooming and roughing) > Capacities: diameter from 100 to 820 mm; Max. length 7000 mm, max. load: 16 T

MAKING OF CYLINDERS WITHOUT SPLINES :

Non-splined rolling mill cylinders > capacities: diameter from 100 to 660 mm; Max. length 9500 mm, max. load 15 T
